From the booth "JR" Jack Richards, Jake Louis and PWF President Ned Turner wished everybody a happy Labor Day and welcomed everyone to tonight's pay-per-view as fireworks went off throughout the arena. They analyzed the card and talked about the recent rivalry between Cash Inc. and the N.E.W. The sent the action to the ring for the first match of the night.

Karen interviewed the Jade Boyz about their Ladder Match for the World Tag titles later in the evening. Matt: "Tonight the Jade's take back what is ours and become three time World Tag Team Champions. And tonight at War is the beginning of a war. Mark the words of the Jade Boyz and mark the words of the N.E.W."
Nelly Fox won a Lady's Over-The-Top Rope Battle Royal which also included Angel Anarchy, Taryn Tide, Venom, Queen, & Alison Cray. Fox will receive a Lady's title shot on the next edition of Adrenaline.
A video package featuring Cash James was aired. James: "When I signed my contract with PWF, I was told by management that I was going to work without pay for the first three weeks because they didn't know if they could sell my character, but I'm here now with a client in the main event tonight. I've got under William Stevens' skin time after time, on and off screen, in and out of the ring. I've made my rise the top in the quickest time in PWF history. Stay tuned because there's more to come. And remember, Cash James puts his money where his mouth is."
Southern Champion William Stevens wrestled "The Ripper" Jack Manson (w/ Cash James) to a no-contest. Towards the end of the match Stevens went for a diving clothesline but was caught with a big boot on the way down. The referee checked on Stevens but he was unconscious. Manson picked Stevens up and hit a Tombstone. As medics came to check on Stevens, Manson ran back down and Chokeslammed Stevens onto the stretcher which broke.

Virgil Walker def the Internet Champion Kid (w/ Lady's Champion Lacy Velvet), and GQ in a Three Way Elimination Match to become the first ever World Champion.
-Kid eliminated GQ in 18:22 following a Decapitator off the second rope.
-Walker eliminated Kid in 24:02 following the BPE.
As Walker celebrated his win confetti rained down and fireworks went off.
A video package aired about the SuperStars giving their thoughts on the brand concept in PWF.
Ken Prime & Razor Steele (w/ Cash James) def The Jade Boyz (Matt & Kent) after Ken Prime retrieved the World Tag Team Championships to retain. All four men were climbing two ladders side by side and was fight atop of them. Prime hit Kent with a headbutt knocking him off as Steele hit Matt with a Jackhammer from the top to the bottom leaving Prime to get the belts.
Shane McMillan stood by with Trent Ryan for an interview. Ryan: "Tonight has not been our night, I'll be the first to admit. But it's not over. Now is the time to bring home the top title in this business, the title I never got a real chance t defend, the PWF Championship."
Matt Cain (w/ Cash James) def "The Chosen One" Trent Ryan following the Last Rites to retain the PWF Championship. After the match the rest of Cash Inc. came down to the ring to celebrate with Cain. Richards: "At the end of the Beach Blast this was the same image we saw except the N.E.W was in the ring. Time's are changing in the PWF."
